Excellent GCSE results - 100% A* - C grades with 74% at A*/A

Year 11 students came in to pick up their GCSE results today and emotions were running high. They all did incredibly well and the GCSE grades attained by Year 11 students were 100% A*- C grades (74% at A*/A). Palmers Green High School was 79th in the Daily Telegraph's 2010 list of the top 100 independent schools for GCSE results.

This year’s highest grades were attained by 4 students (Soraya Murat, Nirmisha Bhatt, Rebecca Mensah and Anneli Voelker) who between them gained a total of 29.5A* and 10 A grades.

All girls will be going to study for A levels or the International Baccalaureate in the sixth form at places such as Latymer, Dame Alice Owen, Henrietta Barnett, Haberdashers’ Aske’s, North London Collegiate, St Albans High School, Highgate, Princess Helena, Queenswood and Woodhouse.
