Congratulations to Palmers Green High School as it celebrates its 109th Founder's Day!

1st August 2020

Palmers Green High School celebrated its 109th birthday today with a service at St.John’s Church in Palmers Green. A selection of music and poetry was performed by the Junior and Senior girls to celebrate this event along with some favourite hymns. The whole school joined together to sing ‘Gonna Rise Up Singin’ by Don Besig. This year to decorate the church, under the guidance of the Art department, all the girls from Year 2 to Year 11 designed and created Celebratory Bunting using screen printing techniques. This year the bunting depicts how our girls thrive as time passes at PGHS. This was followed by a reception at the Elizabeth Smith Hall where the current head girls cut the birthday cake and staff, friends and alumni raised a glass to toast the school.
