PGHS welcomes the Principal of our twin school in The Gambia

On Monday we were delighted to welcome Mr Jarra, the Principal of FASS Basic Cycle School in The Gambia. Mr Jarra spoke to the girls in assembly, outlining some of the differences between life and school in England and the Gambia. Girls in Years 3 – 8 have been given the opportunity to write to a girl in our twin school telling them about themselves and their families, hobbies, schools etc. Their pen-pals will then write back later this year.
