Year 11 carnival raises money for ‘Rays of Sunshine’ charity

Our Year 11 pupils organised a most enjoyable and colourful charity event in aid of ‘Rays of Sunshine’. Judging from the number of girls with painted faces and nails – and the vast quantity of cakes, popcorn and fruit skewers which were sold this was an extremely popular and well-planned event. Thank you to everyone for supporting this charity, which helps to provide a memorable experience for children across the UK between the ages 3-18 , living with serious or life-limiting illnesses. So far the event has raised £1,336 and donations are still coming in.
