Year 9 pupils take part in the Chocolate Challenge Business Enterprise Game

Pupils in Year 9 have taken part in the Chocolate Challenge Business Enterprise Game led by Helen Barham, Regional Director for Inspiring Futures. Working in groups, the girls were allocated a variety of business roles such as managing director, finance director, product designer and marketing executive. Their brief was to design the packaging for a new chocolate brand and produce an advertising campaign in just under two hours.  Each group then had to present their ideas and was judged on the success of both the design and accompanying marketing campaign. The girls really enjoyed this activity and were able to put into practice key employability skills such as organisation, time-management, communication, teamwork, numeracy and creativity.
