Senior pupils enjoy a Geography enrichment trip to the the Bay of Naples

1st August 2020

During the October half term, Senior pupils from Years 8, 9 and 10 went on a Geography enrichment trip to the Bay of Naples.  Based at a hotel in Sorrento, pupils went on a guided tour of the excavation of Herculaneum, visited Mount Vesuvius and spent an afternoon discovering Pompeii.  They also took a ferry across to the Isle of Capri to explore the old town and the following day visited the Falvian Amphitheatre and the Temple of Serapis in Pozzuoli.  All this was packed into a fun-filled four day trip which the pupils enjoyed immensely!
