Governors

Our governors form our School Council and hold regular meetings with the Head and Bursar to discuss strategic issues affecting the school. They are responsible for the overall strategic objectives, vision and ethos to ensure our continued success and long term sustainability. They also oversee the school’s financial management, compliance, educational standards, reputation and risk management. Governors are all volunteers and are from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some of our staff also serve as governors at other schools, giving them a useful insight into the runnings of an educational establishment like PGHS. Please see a list of governors and their profiles below.

Governors can be contacted via the Clerk to the Governors at office@pghs.co.uk.
