Enfield Cross Country Competition – A Fantastic Finish to the Half Term
On Friday 17th October, a group of determined Year 5 and 6 girls proudly represented our school at the borough-wide cross country competition held at Enfield Playing Fields. It was a wonderful way to end the half term, filled with energy, teamwork, and resilience.
Zehra, Stefanie, Serafina, Alice, and Jessica competed in the Girls A Team event, giving it their all from start to finish. With over 500 pupils from 40 different schools taking part, the competition was incredibly tough. Our highest individual placement was 30th—a commendable achievement in such a large and competitive field.
Every one of our runners showed tremendous effort, courage, and school spirit. They couldn’t have given more, and we are incredibly proud of their performance and attitude throughout the event.
A huge well done to all the girls—you truly did us proud.
